Responsible Play

Playing safely, fairly, and by the rules.

This page explains how we protect players, how our draws work, and who oversees us. It's written to be read plainly by a player, a family member, or a regulator.

Spend Limits & Pauses

Set a daily, weekly or monthly spend limit, down to £0, or pause your account for a day, a week or longer at any time. Limits can be lowered instantly; increasing one takes a cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a longer break, self-exclusion stops you buying or topping up for a minimum of 6 months, and stops all marketing to you. You choose the length; it can be extended but not shortened. When it ends, you confirm before you can play again. You can also close your account permanently.

Manage in Account Settings →

We also keep an eye on changes in how much players spend and, where it looks like someone might benefit, we point them to these tools and support, and may pause buying while we check in. We never send marketing to anyone who has paused, self-excluded or closed their account. You can ask us to stop marketing to you at any time.

How a draw works

Every ticket sold has an equal chance of winning. At the advertised draw time, a winning ticket number is picked at random from all tickets sold. We run this selection ourselves. It is not currently verified by an independent third party.

Prizes are awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.

Free postal entry

You do not have to pay to enter. Every competition has a free postal entry route with the same chance of winning as a paid ticket, entered into the same draw. The address and terms are shown on each competition page.

Prize delivery

Physical prizes are delivered within 28 days of the draw. Cash alternatives, where offered, are paid to a verified UK bank account within 5 working days of the draw.

Accountability

We follow the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators. If you are unhappy with anything, email us at info@example.co.uk and we will look into it.

Full rules for every competition, including eligibility and prize details, are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Raising a complaint

Contact our support team with your account details and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 14.
