How winners are chosen
Every ticket sold has an equal chance of winning. At the advertised draw time, a winning ticket number is picked at random from all tickets sold. We run this selection ourselves. It is not currently verified by an independent third party.
The winning ticket number is published on the competition page and on our Winners page. We also email the winner. If we cannot reach a winner within 14 days, we may draw again.

Instant wins
Some tickets win the moment you buy them.
Competitions marked "Instant Wins" have a set of winning ticket numbers hidden among all the tickets before the sale starts. If your ticket number matches one, you've won that prize straight away. You don't need to wait for the main draw.

When are winners announced?
Draws take place shortly after each competition closes. The winning ticket number is published on the competition page and on our Winners page. We also email the winner. If we cannot reach a winner within 14 days, we may draw again.
How do I know if I've won?
We'll email you, and any win will show in My Account. Winning ticket numbers are also published on the competition and Winners pages.
What happens if a competition doesn't sell out?
If a competition does not sell out, the draw still goes ahead at the advertised date and time, using all tickets sold at that point.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or if a competition is cancelled.
How many tickets can I buy?
Each competition has a maximum number of tickets per person, shown on the competition page.
